CSM client Marquese Wheaton signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today. Marquese played his college football at the University of Southern Mississippi and had an outstanding Senior season, with 59 tackles, 2.5 TFL’s, 3 interceptions and 10 passes defended. He returned an interception, fumble and blocked kick for long TD’s. He followed that up with an outstanding Pro Day where he ran a 4.48 forty (would have been 8th at the Combine among CB’s), a 6.67 3-cone (would have ranked 5th), a 4.15 short shuttle (14th), a 11.10 long shuttle (2nd), a 35.5 vert (11th) and a 9″6 broad jump.
